PlayGames provides free access to browser-based games. Games run in your browser and may be hosted by us or embedded from partner platforms. We may add, change or remove games and features at any time without notice.
Each game belongs to its developer or rights holder. Open-source games are provided under their respective licenses (MIT, GPL-3.0, MPL-2.0, BSD), which are credited on each game page with a link to the source code. Embedded partner games are shown under the partner's distribution terms. The PlayGames name, logo, design and site content are the property of playgame.agency.
If you submit a game through our form, you confirm that you own it or are authorised to submit it and that publishing it will not infringe anyone's rights. Submitting a game does not guarantee publication. Publication terms (including any revenue share) are agreed separately in writing before a game goes live. You may ask us to remove your game at any time via the contact page.
Games may display advertising served by the game's developer or distribution partner, and the site may show advertising. We are not responsible for the content of third-party ads, links or games, though we review what we publish and act on reports.
The site and all games are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the site or any game will be available, uninterrupted, or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, playgame.agency is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site, including lost progress or saved data in games.
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always on this page with its revision date. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.
