This policy explains what playgame.agency ("PlayGames") collects when you use the site and why.

1. What we collect

• Information you send us. When you use the contact, submission or request forms we receive the name, email and message contents you provide. We use these only to respond to you and, for submissions, to review and publish games.
• Local game data. Some games save progress in your browser's local storage. This data stays on your device and is never sent to us.
• Technical data. Our hosting provider processes standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) to deliver the site securely.

2. What we do not do

• We do not require accounts and we do not collect passwords.
• We do not sell your personal information.
• We do not run our own tracking analytics on the launch version of the site.

3. Third parties inside games

Some games are open-source projects hosted by us; future partner games may be embedded from third-party platforms and may show ads served by those partners. Those partners may process data (such as ad interaction and approximate location) under their own privacy policies. The credit box on each game page identifies who makes the game and links to its source.

4. Cookies

The site itself does not set tracking cookies. Embedded third-party games or ads may set their own cookies; your browser settings let you block or clear them.

5. Children

The site is a general-audience service. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

6. Data retention

Form submissions are kept only as long as needed to handle your enquiry or review your submission, and are then deleted.

7. Your rights

You may ask us what personal data we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, at any time via the contact page.

8. Analytics

With your consent we use Firebase Analytics (Google) to count visits and see which games are played, so we can improve the catalog. This collects approximate, aggregated usage data (pages viewed, games started, device and region class), not your name or contacts. Analytics only runs after you press Accept on the cookie notice.

9. Advertising and cookies

We show ads served by Google AdSense (publisher id ca-pub-1149299546374834). AdSense may use cookies to serve and measure ads, including personalized ads where permitted. See Google's own policy at policies.google.com/technologies/ads. Games embedded from the GameMonetize network may show their own in-game advertising, which supports the games' developers.

10. Your choices

The cookie notice lets you Accept or Decline analytics and ads cookies; declining keeps the site fully usable. You can change your mind any time by clearing your browser's site data for playgame.agency.

We may update this policy; the current version with its date is always on this page.
